She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Charles Cramer, Charlotte Cramer, Edward Cramer and Kathleen Cramer; and her brother-in-law Dude Humphreys.
She is survived by: her children, Caleb Ryan Edward Cramer, Jadyn Piper Roan Millberry and Marley Reagan Rayne Cramer; her siblings, Stephanie Boyer, Tony Morone, Shannon Humphreys and James Cramer, Jr.; her wife Alexis Cramer; and her nieces and nephews, Connor Martin, Skylar Boyer, Morgan Humphreys, Colton Humphreys, Edward Cramer, Lincoln Cramer and Baby "Peach".
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Jennifer Lauren Cramer Children's Fund at a BB&T Branch in Frederick or Washington County or mailed to BB&T at 1370 W Patrick St., Frederick, MD 21703.
