He was predeceased by: his parents, George Garrett and Betty Hoskins. He is survived by: his wife Toni Udell Garrett; his siblings, Georgia and Shay; his aunts, Elouise Garrett of Boise and Diane Hoskins (Ronnie) of Jefferson; and his sister-in-law Karen Udell Parker (Harry). He is also survived by niece and nephew.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pierce Funeral Home (9609 Center St, Manassas, VA 20110). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
