She is survived by: her husband Roman Kormeluk; her children, Martin Kormeluk of Dallas and Jillian Bentson (Edmund) of Arlington, Virginia; her grandchildren, Jordan Kormeluk (Sherry), Sara Helbringer, Madison Kormeluk, Noah Kormeluk, Charles Roman Bentson, Andrew Morris Bentson and John Gentry Bentson; her great grandchildren, Bella, Olivia, Robert and Sophia Kormeluk; and her sister Tawana Joyce Adams (Steven) of Athens, Texas..
