She was predeceased by: her parents, Chaskiel Slabiak and Hanna Slabiak; and her sibling Rubin Slabiak. She is survived by: her son Matthew Pavlinak; her grandchild Jaida Dodson; her great grandchildren, Mason, McKinley, Macklin and Magnolia Dodson; and her siblings, Jacob Slabiak, Sam Slabiak, Denise Buchzeiger and Fred Slabiak.
