(Kate); her nieces and nephews, Charlotte, Johnny and Lee; her brother Daniel (Jenna); her nieces and nephews, Cailey, Hannah and Reagan; her brother Michael; her mother-in-law Marie; her sister-in-law Colleen (Nick); her children, Georgia and Pete; her brother-in-law Dr. James Scanlon (Moira); her children, Jack, James and Jude; her brother-in-law Mike (Krysta); and her sons, David and Christopher. She is also survived by her siblings, in-laws, aunts, uncles and cousins.
