He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Ethel Marie Rhodes (Griffith); his wife Naomi Catherine Rhodes (Leonard); and his siblings, John William Rhodes, Helen Louise Jarratt, James Bernard Rhodes, Lillian Marie Taylor and Anne Elizabeth Richardson.
He is survived by: his son Edgar Holmes Rhodes; his grandson Conner Rhodes; and his siblings-in-law, Annie (Leonard) Massey (Harry), Donald Leonard (Elaine Rhodes), Raymond Leonard (Nannie) and Ronald Leonard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
