He is survived by: his wife Ann (Pascoe); his children, Elizabeth and Daniel; his mother Antonina Salamon Nuzzo (Toni); and his sister Roxanne Shurtliff (David). He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and numerous nieces and nephews.
