It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beryl Rae Obar (Manassas, Virginia), born in Mount Sterling, Kentucky, who passed away on February 3, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Cox and Dorothy Blair Cox. She is survived by: her husband Thomas D. Obar; her children, Catheryn Bittle of Minnesota and Lori Shepherd (Richard) of Atlanta, Georgia; her sister-in-law Joann Halo of Nokesville, VA; her brothers, Stanley Edward Cox and Harold Cox of Middletown; and her nieces, Jessica Perry and Carla Sue of Middletown.
