She was predeceased by: her parents, James Dailey Sines and Agnes Pearl Trout Sines; her husband Jasper J. Messenger; and her daughter Debbie S. Messenger. She is survived by: her children, Jerrell Messenger (Dawn), Bonnie Messenger, Calvin Messenger (Victoria), Manassas, Ronnie Messenger (Dawn), Brenda Boyd (Bryan), Nokesville and Donna Collard (Mark); her siblings, Nancy Settles of Warner Robbins, GA, Ada Thomas, Patsy Robert, Kenneth Sines and Bryan Sines; and her grandchildren, Samantha Koenig, Mitchell, Brittany, Benjamin and Luke Messenger. She is also survived by four great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
