We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2021, at the age of 84, Mary Kelly of Manassas Park, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lipes and Faye Lipes; her husband James L. Kelly, Jr.; her son Richard A. Kelly; her granddaughter Natalie N. Kelly; her brothers, Donald Lipes and Warren Ray Lipes; and her sister-in-law Roslyn K. Humphryes.
She is survived by: her sons, James L. Kelly, III and William K. Kelly, Sr.; her siblings, William A. Lipes, Jr., Helen Marie Carter (Junior), Brenda L. Bennett (William) and Patty L. Tucker (Michael); and her brothers-in-law, C. Wayne Kelly (Mary Ann) and Jerry Humphryes. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
