He was predeceased by: his parents, William Alvin Golladay and Esta Mae Rush; his wife Shirley A. Golladay (Spitzer); and his siblings, Eleanor Golladay (Mamie), Faye Samsky (Sis), Nancy Huddle, Isaac Golladay (Bucky), Franklin Golladay, Donald Golladay and Charles Golladay (Butch).
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Hawkins (Ed Hawkins) and Brian Golladay (Alice); his grandson Brandon Gallihugh (Amy); his great grandchildren, Dillon, Jordan, Justin and Brady Gallihugh; his brother William Golladay; and his sister-in-law Ann Golladay. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
