It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Talmadge Marks of Manassas Park, Virginia, who passed away on October 3, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Laster and Betty Riggsbee Marks; and his siblings, Sarah Gilchrist, Thomas Marks, John "Chip" Marks and Robert Marks.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Meadows; his daughters, Robin Burgess (Ronald) of Culpeper, VA., Tracey Marks of Culpeper, VA. and Jamie Dyson (Jason) of Culpeper, VA.; his grandchildren, Harleigh Childress (Cody), Travis Burgess (Brittany Rininger), Emily Dyson and Tyler Dyson; his great grandchildren, Reagan Burgess and Easton Childress; and his siblings, Judy Lucas, Lee Marks and Gary Marks.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Autism Society of America in honor of Easton Childress.
