She was predeceased by: her husband Mancy Cook, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Martha Marie Lewis (Curtis) of Lithonia, GA, Joyce Ann Terry (Jessie) of Manasas, VA, Nancy Lee Shepard (Chris) of Warrenton, VA, Carolyn T. Penn (William) of New Bern, NC, Robin L. Joaquin (Frank) of Manassas Park, VA and Mancy S. Cook (Linda). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
