She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Ervin Peer, Sr.; and her siblings, Donald, Leo, John Whitacre and Winona Shirley.
She is survived by: her children, Billie Jean Nearhoof (Kirk) of Leesburg, VA, Joyce Keller (James) of Strasburg, VA and Charles E. Peer, Jr.; and her brother Delmas Whitacre (Suzanne) of Manassas, VA. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
