He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Lee Gathright Henley; his parents, Frank Henley and Elva Henley; and his brothers, Ben and Louis Henley.

He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Henley, Carolyn Henley and Anne Leigh Bisese (Steve); his granddaughters, Eleanor Chase Bisese and Caroline Grace Bisese; and his siblings, Mae Toler, Al Henley and Conway Henley.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Goochland.
