Edward James Feeney Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward James Feeney of Manakin Sabot, Virginia, who passed away on July 6, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Feeney and Edward Andrew Feeney; his brother Gerald Feeney of Chicago, Ill.; his former wife Wilma Vineyard Feeney of Redding, Conn.; and his wife Caroline Gayle Feeney of Richmond.

He is survived by: his cousins, Jan Feeney Vogel of Paradise, Andrew John Feeney of Washington, D. C. and Ellen Wetzel Feeney of Bath, Mich.; his stepsons, John Broaddus Gayle of Manakin-Sabot and Frank Wentzel Gayle of Gaithersburg; and his close friend Gayle Wilburn Gray of Richmond.
