He was predeceased by: his father Wilmer Lee Knighting, II; and his sister Linda Knighting McPeak. He is survived by: his mother Rose Dodson Beach; his sons, Kevin Lee Knighting and Brian Edward Knighting; and his grandson Drake Elliott Knighting.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Preddy Funeral Home (59 Edgewood School Ln, Madison, VA 22727).
