With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Twyman Lillard of Madison, Virginia, who passed away on January 25, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Edwin and Elva Alice Smith Twyman; her husband Claude Lillard, Jr.; and her brothers, Gabriel Harrison Twyman and James Edwin Twyman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Lillard Pattie (Sam) of Brightwood, VA. and Lisa Lillard Prohoniak of Fairfax, VA; her grandchildren, Lori Pattie Mintzer (Lou) of Charlottesville, VA., Ashley Pattie Bigler (Devin) of Charlottesville, VA., Mark Prohoniak (Jessica) of Las Vegas, NV. and Michael Prohoniak (Tara) of Leesburg, VA.; and her great grandchildren, Scarlett Rae Mintzer, Louis Charles Mintzer, III, Lily Elka Bigler, Nala Eva Bigler and Michael Stephen Prohoniak, Jr..
A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Robinson River Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
