He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edmond and Rose; his wife Elinor Inscoe; and his daughters, Deborah Powell (Michael), Sandra Whitlock (Everette) and Gail Tinsley (George). He was also cherished by ten grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and three step great grandchildren.
