He was predeceased by: his father William Price; and his daughter Kim Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his brother Robert Millner (Tina) of Albuquerque, N. M.; his children, David Millner (Sheila) of Fredericksburg, Melanie Millner of Fredericksburg, Tami Constable (Scott) of Roanoke, Marty Millner (Kim) of Yorktown, Mike Millner (Lesli) of Clifton and Bill Millner Jr. of Boones Mill; his grandchildren, Ashley Dodd, Amber Constable, Michael Smoot, Patrick Millner, Drew Millner, Ross Millner, Mason Millner, Mathue Millner and Madisyn Millner; his great grandchildren, Brendan Overstreet and Trevor Overstreet; and his nephew Tye Millner.
