He is survived by: his spouse Grace Browning; his children, William M. Browning, Jr., Randall Browning, Debbie Campbell Ware (Mike) and Wayne Campbell (Pam); and his siblings, Waller Browning, Penny Umbarger (Charles) and Gayle Graybill (Mason). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
