He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Huffman; his children, William "Bill" Huffman, Jr., Shirley Morris, Teresa Evans (Steve), Richard Shoemaker, Jr. and Tammy Hamlett; and his siblings, Minnie Eagle (John), Shirley Lipscomb (Ed), Peggy Phelps, Annie Allen and Thomas Richard "Bo" Huffman. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
