With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Cooper Ferguson of Madison Heights, Virginia, who passed away on June 18, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Jones Cooper and Maggie Hughes Cooper; and her husband Hugh Cecil Ferguson. She is survived by: her sibling Cecil; and her children, Ann Marie Staton (Leon), Kay Rowe (Jeff) and Hugh Ferguson (Tina). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
