Ruby Ann Fulcher Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Ann Fulcher of Madison Heights, Virginia, who passed away on February 15, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman G. Webber and Lelia N. Webber; her husband James D. Fulcher; her son Michael D. Fulcher; and her sisters, Ruth W. Brooks and Colleen Webber.

She is survived by: her daughters, Phyllis Tangerman, Kimberly Fulcher Pauley (Gary) and Angela Farthing; her brother Frank Webber; her grandchildren, Chrissy Cash (Rob), Bethany Garrison, Robert Cash (Kristin), Scotty Angus (Stacy), Courtney Ferguson, Kelly Shiflett (Patrick) and Carrie Farthing; her great grandchildren, Austin, Cayden, Ethan, Sage, Noah, Addison, Harper, Drayke, Jayde and Gabriella; and her caregivers, Meagan Adams and Shannon Gibson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lynchburg Humane Society or Monelison Fire and Rescue.
