It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Belle (Trent) Tweedy (Madison Heights, Virginia), born in Appomattox, Virginia, who passed away on December 21, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Faulkner and Rosa Milo Eller Trent; her sons, Glen Dale Tweedy, Sr. and Bruce Allen Tweedy, Sr.; her great grandchild Zachery W. Robertson; and her siblings, Charles R. Trent, Lee F. Trent, Clayton D. Trent, Myrtis T. Harding, Kathleen T. Tweedy, Glenola Trent and Helen Johnson.

She is survived by: her sons, Richard Wayne Tweedy and Robert Edward Tweedy; her daughter-in-law Brenda Tweedy (Bruce); and her sister Jean Childress of Rustburg. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; and 8 great great grandchildren.
