He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Benjamin Clifton and Myrtle Belle Martin Tomlin; his grandfather Bluford Martin; his wife Phyllis Ann Blanks Tomlin; his children, Roger L. Tomlin (Nancy) of Madison Heights, Ronald D. Tomlin of Madison Heights, Russell L. Tomlin of Glen Allen, Robin A. Tomlin of Fairfax and Randal L. Tomlin (Jeanna) of North Augusta, SC; his grandchildren, Jennifer Malone of Madison Heights, Daniel Tomlin (Jodi) of Stafford Springs, CT, Sara Easter (Thomas) of Amelia, Brandy Hettinger (Matt) of Oak Harbor, WA and Blake Tomlin (Jordyn) of Virginia Beach; his great grandchildren, Dylan Tomlin, Alexis Malone, Shannon Tomlin, Caleb Malone, Kaylee Tomlin, Savannah Hettinger, Stanley Hettinger, Nataleigh Pursifill-Tomlin, Henry Easter and Everett Easter; his close friend Hope Lang; and his siblings, Asa Tomlin, Paul Tomlin, James Tomlin, Hovey Tomlin, Albert Tomlin, Gladys Martin, Margaret Tomlin and Virginia Decker. He was also cherished by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
