He is survived by: his wife Mary Turner Miller of Madison Heights, Virginia.; his brothers, Robert Miller of Detroit, Michigan, Richard Miller (Linda) of Gastonia and William Miller of Jersey City; his granddaughter Clarissa Rucker of Washington, DC; and his siblings-in-law, Flora Ann Anderson of Lynchburg, Edith Turner of Lynchburg, Florence Johnson of Lynchburg, Henrietta Miller of Rochester and Joseph Turner, Jr. (Criscilla) of Easton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
