He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Glenn Maddox; his father Donald Maddox (Pen); and his grandparents, Red, Dot Proffitt, Hollie Lee and Mary Kate Jane Maddox.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Adam Staton, Danny Staton and Sissy Marie Staton. He is also survived by his loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many, many great friends.
