He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Forrest of Gulf Breeze, FL and Melissa Tomlin of Goode; his brother Jimmy Forrest of New Bern, NC; his grandchildren, Ashley Pope-Key (Michael) of Madison Heights, Chris Forrest (Danielle) of Evington and Tyler Forrest of Gulf Breeze, FL; and his great grandchildren, Lucas, Natalie, Ivori Rose and Michael Lloyd.
