It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Neblett Horton of Madison Heights, Virginia, who passed away on April 11, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Louise Ramsey Neblett and John Edward Neblett, Sr.; and her daughter Rhonda Slusher. She is survived by: her husband Grey Franklin Horton; her daughters, Deborah Scruggs (Dennis) of Madison Heights and Dianne Hall (Gary) of Madison Heights; her siblings, John Edward Neblett, Jr. (Barbara) and Mary Emily Lippy (Ed) of Crozet; and her grandchildren, Shane, Charles, Krystle, Jacob, Ashley, Douglas, Monique and Cheyanne. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
