He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Sallie Ellen Campbell Coffey; his children, Terry Coffey (Sharyn), Rickey Coffey (Vickie) and Kimberly Taylor (Gordon); his wife Eva Coffey; and his father Henry Coffey. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, friends.

The family requests memorial contributions be made to Harvest Baptist Church, 2571 Carter St., Lynchburg, VA 24501.
