She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence A. Stinnett and Elsie Odgen Stinnett; and her brothers, Robert L. and Junior Stinnett. She is survived by: her children, Linda B. Breeden (Wesley) and Albert A. Bates, Jr. (Valerie); her grandchildren, Mindy S. Brown (Preston) and Bodie X. Bates; her great grandchildren, Jacob A. Raymond (Amber) and Amber S. Arthur; her sister Geraldine S. Barbour; and her close friend Barbara Truxell. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, relatives.
