She was predeceased by: her parents, Peyton Roger Martin and Emmitt Tolber of Madison Heights. She is survived by: her husband Larry Wayne Lipscomb; her stepmother Sue Martin of Florida; and her siblings, Kim Rivera of Norfolk and Bryant Hillsman of Lynchburg.
