He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Malcolm Cash and Louise Atkins Cash; his siblings, Ronald Cash, Thomas Cash, Ralph Cash and Darlene Cash; and his daughters, Melanie and Melissa Cash.
He is survived by: his sons, Malcolm Ray Cash, Jr (Karen) of Spout Springs, Timothy Cash of Madison Heights and Ricky Cash of Madison Heights; his sisters, Betty Rooney (Bill) of Buda, TX and Sharon Foster (David) of Monroe; his grandchildren, Jonathan Cash, Kimberly Cash, Amanda Cash and Aaron Cash; his great grandchild Allison Cash; his sister-in-law Patricia Cash of Madison Heights; and his friend Lucinda Turner. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
