She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Hubert Lee Cooper and Rhodessa Hannabass Cooper; her husband Ned Harris; and her siblings, Junior (Buzz) of Vance, GN, Richard, Bobby Cooper and Ruby Cooper.
She is survived by: her sister Peggy; her daughters, Donna Hedrick Melanie Harris (Ed), Cathy Bailey (Jim), Susan Ward and Sarah Arena (Andy); her grandchildren, Robert Bailey (Heidi) of Ohio, Jessica Bailey, Hunter Ward (Jodi), Casey Ward and Drew Arena of Mechanicsville; and her great grandchildren, Harper, Landry Bailey and Van Ward.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Elon Baptist Church in Madison Heights or Operation Christmas Child.
