He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis L. Shann, II and Reba J. Shann; his daughter Nicole Woody; and his sister Darlene Alvarez. He is survived by: his son Louis L. Shann, IV; his siblings, Louella Post (Richard), Emily Shann, Bobby Shann (Anna, Delmer Shann) and David Shann; his grandchildren, John Cunningham (Logan Campbell, Charlie), Laura Woody and Dixie Woody; and his great grandchildren, Isabella Cunningham, Dixie Campbell and Bailey Nicole Cunningham.
