He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Roy Kidd and Grace Evelyn Worley; his wife Vivian Burks Kidd; and his brothers, Ivan Roy Kidd and Melville Kidd.
He is survived by: his daughters, Vickey Kidd Blake (Calvin) and Lisa Kidd Hudson (Ray); his grandchildren, Lorri Blake McQueary (Russell), Jennifer Lynn Blake (Steve), Scott Marshall Blake (Erin), Staci Blake Loeffler (Scott), Danielle Hudson Parker (Jason) and Colton Ray Hudson (Lexy); and his great grandchildren, Aidan Parker, Blake McQueary, Cooper Loeffler, Rowan McQueary, Maverick Loeffler, Wyatt Loeffler, Declan Blake, Weston Petty, Callan Blake, Vivian Hudson and Valerie Hudson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Whitten Monelison Chapel (3966 S Amherst Hwy, Madison Heights, VA 24572).
