He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Dawson Moore and Eleanor Grow Moore; and his siblings, Sydney Moore, David Moore and Christine Wilkerson.

He is survived by: his wife Maudena E. Moore; his children, Tony Moore (Debbie) of High Point, NC, Ricky Moore (Melanie) of Rustburg and Tammy Moore of Amherst; his grandchildren, Savannah Johnson (Greg), Spencer Moore (Morgan) and Hunter Moore (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Titus Johnson, Addison Johnson, Matthew Johnson, Evie Johnson, Easton Moore, Klayton Moore, Ryleigh Moore, Emberly Moore, Aryana Craft and Kynslie Moore; and his sister Laura Belle Doss.
