He was predeceased by: his wife Pauline Rowe; and his parents, Lambert Rowe and Lillian Rowe. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Rowe (Kay) of Amherst and Kevin Rowe (Teresa) of Gastonia, NC; his grandchildren, Timothy Rowe (Amber), Cindy Rowe, Jordan Rowe (Rebecca) and Jason Rowe; and his great grandchildren, Luke, Lydia, Jeremy and Aubrey.
