She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard L. Wilsher and Eunice G. Wilsher; her husband Robert K. Boswell, Sr.; and her sisters, Eloise Akins, Mildred Holleran and Minnie Hudson.

She is survived by: her son Robert K. Boswell, II (Hannah); her granddaughter Carrie Boswell McFadden (Deonte); her great grandchild Rose Lynne McFadden; and her sister Anne Nash. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
