She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Thornton Thomas; her parents, Emmitt Hamilton and Onie Tyler Hamilton; her son Donald Wayne Thomas; her siblings, Wanda Faye Hamilton, Sharon Hamilton Barricks, Greg A. Hamilton, Emmitt D. Hamilton and Larry W. Hamilton; and her niece Dana Williams.
She is survived by: her son Larry Wayne Thomas; and her siblings, Roger D. Hamilton (Susanna), Violet Brumfield and Della Mae Burgess. She is also survived by three grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
