She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry C. Harris and Mildred Wood Harris Mays; her siblings, Henry C. Harris, Jr., Bennie S. Mays and Rhonda G. Mays; and her stepfather Bennie L. Mays.
She is survived by: her husband Earl W. Henley; her son Daryl E. Henley (Sheila) of Richmond, VA; her siblings, Wesley K. Mays, Donald Mays (Barbara) of Madison Heights, VA, Andrea Mays and Lisa Mays of Madison Heights, VA; her siblings-in-law, Robert L. Henley of Dothan, AL, Mary Harris of Woodbridge, VA, Ora Belcher of Middletown, DE, Mary Harvey of Wilmington, DE and Mamie Tinsley of Madison Heights, VA; and her aunt Hazel W. Thompson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
