We are sad to announce that on July 1, 2018, at the age of 78, Joyce Simpson Walton (Madison Heights, Virginia), born in Lynchburg, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent George Simpson; and her brother Kenneth Simpson. She is survived by: her parent Vassie Simpson; her husband Phillip; and her sons, Gary Walton and Rick Walton (Lorenda). She is also survived by niece and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to Randolph Memorial Baptist Church, 4246 S. Amherst Highway, Madison Heights, VA 24572 or the Monelison Volunteer Rescue Squad, 120 Amer Circle, Madison Heights, VA 24572.
