She was predeceased by: her spouse Carroll Bell Welch; her parents, Herbert W Riley and Eura W Riley of Rustburg, VA.; and her brother Larry Riley. She is survived by: her sons, Eugene C Welch (Kim) of Elon, John O Welch (Kim) of Concord and Jeffrey L Welch of Elon; her grandchildren, Brandon Welch (Kristin), Tiffany Welch (Ian Davenport), Stephanie Welch and Ryan Welch; her great grandchildren, Hunter Welch and Emily Welch; and her sisters, Norma Carwile and Marilyn Creasy. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
