She is survived by: her daughters, MeLea Moore (Steve) and Paula Bailey (Greg); her sister Nancy Hunt Ogden (Sonny); her brothers-in-law, Alfred Elvin Purvis (Susan) and John Leon Purvis; her grandchildren, Lauren, Robert (Ashley), Chase (Zaire), Scott (Jessie) and Adam; and her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Harold, Ryker, River, McKayla (Traman), McKenzie and William. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for donations to be made to Randolph Memorial Baptist Church or the Monelison Rescue Squad in Madison Heights, Virginia, in Joyce's memory.
