It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ann Lacks Doyle (Madison Heights, Virginia), born in Lynchburg, Virginia, who passed away on May 5, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Samuels Lacks and Lottie Elizabeth Creel Berry. She is survived by: her sons, Richard F. Doyle, Sr. (Lovey) of Lynchburg and Kevin S. Doyle (Michelle Millner) of Madison Heights; her brother Howard F. Lacks (Jeanette) of Lynchburg; and her grandchildren, Jessica Lynn Doyle, Richard F. Doyle, Jr. (Sarah), Josh Doyle and Samuel Doyle. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
