With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Warren Mays (Madison Heights, Virginia), born in Lynchburg, Virginia, who passed away on May 5, 2021 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis D. Mays and Virginia B. Mays; and his great-niece Brianna L. Tyree. He is survived by: his wife Kelly P. Mays; and his son Seth Warren Mays.

Burial will be private. When attending services, please maintain social distancing and masks are required for everyone's safety.
