He is survived by: his wife Shirley Proffitt Cash; his son Steve Cash (Pam); and his grandchildren, Kerri Ruff (Dwayne), Joshua Cash (Jenna), Jenny Cash, Jacob Cash (Kim) and Chelsey Cash. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
