She was predeceased by: her husband John R. Fulcher; her parents, Lemuel "Earl" Mortimer and Pearl Mortimer; and her grandson Samuel Scott Riley. She is survived by: her children, Belynda Riley (Scott), Bobby Fulcher (Brenda) and Tim Fulcher (Cindy); her grandchildren, Christina, Craig, Megan, Taylor, Corey and Caitlyn; her great grandchildren, Riley, Connor, Noah, Lainey, Cooper, Avery, Ayden, Witten, Aubrey and Tyler; and her brother Wayne Mortimer (Mary Lou).
