With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gay Martha Plymale of Madison Heights, Virginia, born in Covington, Virginia, who passed away on September 11, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis C. Humphries and Carrie H. Benson; and her sister Ruby L. Burkes. She is survived by: her children, Leslie Plymale, Cathy Plymale and Carrie Dawson; her grandson Noah Dawson; her nephew Curtis Spath; and her niece Kimberley Simmons.
